Lisa Foster, co-Chairman, Programs Committee

Lisa began her medical device career at Sterigenics International in 1989.  Throughout her tenure, she has held various quality assurance positions at both the facility and Corporate levels where she served as Sterigenics Vice President of Quality Assurance from 1997 – 2004 and as Vice President SteriPro Labs & Consulting from 2004-2011.  Most recently Lisa has her own firm, Adiuvo QS & SA Consulting and has a joint relationship with Blue Skies LLC.  Her areas of expertise include sterilization, sterilization validation, regulatory compliance, Quality System Regulation, quality systems management, CAPA, and FEMA.

Kevin McNerney, President, Executive Committee, Board Chairman

Kevin McNerney has over 30 years of medical device Operations, Engineering and Executive Management experience from a broad range of companies and product areas. The foundation of his career was built in large global organizations including Kendall, Johnson & Johnson, Baxter International and B.Braun working in progressively larger scope engineering and management roles, an example of which was management of the design and construction of the world’s largest surgical glove plant in Penang, Malaysia. More recently, Kevin’s focus shifted to ops as VP Operations for a number of startups and turnarounds. Kevin has always had a zeal for creating and growing organizations and as such, became President of DeviceAlliance (formerly OCMD, Orange County Medical Device network) in January 2010.

Arthur Rosten, co-Chairman, Finance Committee, Board Member, CFO

Arthur has over 30 years of business experience in the accounting profession and in entrepreneurial and public global companies. He been a partner in one of the largest international accounting firms and has served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of companies in the medical device space as well as groups in the consumer products, electronics, software, finance, marketing and product design industries. In these roles, Arthur was responsible for worldwide finance and treasury activities, stock exchange and tax regulatory filings and requirements, and global HR and IT systems. He has also played an active role in manufacturing supply chain, inventory management and marketing initiatives. Arthur received degrees in Pre-Med and Accounting from McGill University and holds an active CPA license. He has served on numerous charitable and for profit Boards and committees and is currently serving on the Executive Committee, as Co-Chair of the Finance Committee and as DeviceAlliances’ CFO.

Robert Riggs, co-Chairman, Programs Committee

Bob has over 20 years experience in medical device marketing, sales and operations.  Bob is board certified in the orthopedic sub-specialty of dental/ora-facial reconstruction and previously owned his own business in that area.  Besides his start-up & entrepreneurial experience Mr. Riggs has held group leadership positions in both Sales and Product Management for top tier device & equipment manufacturers.  Bob has a Master’s from Johns Hopkins with continued studies in Quality/Regulatory at Temple University School of Pharmacy.

Susan Vroman, co-Chairman, Programs Committee

Susan is a healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, marketing, and operations management. Her medical device experience includes direct sales management with Otto Bock Healthcare in prosthetics, orthotics, and rehabilitation products. Susan has also held positions as vice president new business development for LifeCare Solutions and sales and marketing roles with Apria Healthcare, and has extensive exposure to medical devices utilized in home respiratory and infusion therapies. Susan is a graduate of the University of California, Davis and is a Registered Dietitian.
